Antique Pair Library Bookcases - Large pair of 19th Century rosewood glazed full height bookcases

Exceptionally rare early pair of Victorian glazed bookcases in highly figured rosewood and of an impressively large proportion. Discovered in an historic Victorian institution recently and offered for sale for the first time in over 150 years. Ogee moulded cornice over pair of double glazed doors concealing multiple adjustable shelves and flanked by moulded pilasters. Standing on plinth base and offered in wonderful 'untouched' original order. Measure 107" high x 53" wide x 14" deep.
