A charming early George III mahogany chest of drawers dating from the Chippendale period of the mid 18th Century. Incorporating a brushing slide over four graduated cock beaded drawers fitted with original brass mercurial gilded swan neck handles with rope twist oval back plates. Quality oak lined drawers, original back and shaped bracket feet and classic ogee moulded top. Exceptional figured Cuban veneers, richly patinated and retaining original wax finish. Fine proportions, measuring 81cm wide, 83cm tall and 48cm deep
