Exceptional quality and huge proportioned Chippendale Revival mahogany extending dining table. Closes to a perfect 63" diameter and extends via a quadruple steel winding mechanism to incorporate four additional leaves. The highly figured mahogany top is a stunning run of even colour and retains a perfect original French polish finish. Standing on extremely finely carved ball and claw cabriole legs with carved shoulders. Recently acquired from a significant London institution this very rare example has never been available on the open market since delivery from a top Dublin based cabinetmaker. Measures 166" long x 63" wide x 30" high.
