Elegant and of slender proportions this very refined Regency secretaire bookcase has some lovely details starting with the cornice and split turned drops tailed with ivory over a pair of wavy astragal doors. The secretaire is fitted with arcades, pigeon holes and drawers trimmed with boxwood and fan inlays. Green tooled leather inset to the fall and pair of oval panel and banded doors enclosing shelved interior. Standing on fine splayed feet and a soft mellow patina to the lovely flame figured timbers.
