Magnificent piece of English history fit for a stately home this top quality early 19th Century mahogany extending table also offers a great deal of versatility. Standing closed as an 8 seater table and extending via banks of runners to incorporate any combination of leaves to seat up to 22 adults comfortably. Solid figured timber top with moulded edge and standing on very finely worked tapering and tulip relief carved legs. Quite dry currently but in super condition ready to polish to your specification (included in price). We have large sets of chairs suitable to complete the setting. Measures 216" long x 58" wide fully extended.
