Description

Very neat original early period extending table formed from a pembroke design to close to a compact size when not in use (believed to be an invention for the new Regency town house in London and Brichton, etc). Opens to include two original leaves and standing on very fine turned legs terminating in brass casters. Solid reded edge and ebony lined top currently In mature old finish but price includes hand French polishing to your specification/match chairs (see finished tables on our home page and customer review section). Measures 96" long fully extended, 28" closed and 48" wide.
