Description

Simply stunning scale and quality, this immensely proportioned oak extending dining table was made after design by Lamb of Manchester to the very highest standards of the finest English cabinet work of the late 19th Century. We specialise in large dining tables but rare to have such a decorative example of this proportion and aesthetics. With entire top of bookmatched burr pollard oak to D shaped ends opening via the most incredible mahogany double sandwich runner system and steel winder to incorporate any combination of leaves from 6ft length out to over 18ft. Will seat therefore 8 to 22 adults with generous seating's and more for family occasions. Relief carved fully finished apron around entire table and standing on exquisitely carved Arts and Crafts influenced legs. Truly a wonder of history! Measures 222" long by 62" wide.
