Description

All genuine pairs of antique furniture are extremely rare. Simply from history only the elite wealthy would commission such pieces (Downton Abbey). The internet is full of cheap Chines plywood fakes (look carefully for the word 'style' in many descriptions). Here we have very smart quality pair of late 19th Century mahogany bookcases with glazed tops over graduated drawer base. Ideal to flank fireplace or feature along a long drawing room wall. Measure 46" wide x 88" high x 14" deep.
