Very impressive late 19th Century Regency revival mahogany quadruple pedestal dining table. Fabulous solid highly figured Honduras mahogany top mellowed to nutty tan shade, comprising four sections and three extension leaves to provide multiple length variation seating up to 20 people. Standing on elegant sabre reeded legs terminating in brass toe casters. Plenty of examples like this on sale for considerable sums of money but we are humble trade folk without a carpeted showroom or Ferrari's to run! Measures 177" long x 52" wide. IMPORTANT: Customers regularly comment to us about the cheaply made spray finished plywood factory reproductions they have found on the internet believing them to be genuine antiques. These fake imported tables are on sale all over the internet and particularly on Ebay, often listed in 'antique' categories with misleading sales text 'in great condition', etc. To avoid a mistake please look carefully within any advertising for the word 'style' or 'vintage' in the sales text to easily identify the deception and also these tacky fakes are often sold as 'Regency' or 'Victorian' 'table and chair sets'.Circa: C1890
