As the Uk's only professional trade specialist in genuine antique dining tables of the largest sizes ever made in history its a pleasure to have in stock this absolutely unique Scottish Arts & Crafts oak table of stately home proportions. The runner system and steel winder are very much the format of the late Victorian period but it is very rare that a table of this scale would be built standing on these beautifully crafted X formed trestle pedestal bases rather than tuned legs to the corners. The table extends from rectangular form incorporating five leaves to offer versatile seating lengths for 6 to 20 people. This untouched example (probably looks very scruffy to your eye currently but is actually in amazing original condition so an antique dealers dream 'barn find') will be quite stunning once professionally polished to your specification by our in house team.
