Description
Most impressive indeed this super quality partners desk is of immense scale (nearly 9ft wide) so quite likely was commissioned for a country house estate office or very high end architect (the drawers of a size to accommodate A1 paper). Retaining a very good patinated tooled leather to moulded top and featuring panel work to pedestal this desk is surprisingly aesthetic for such a large functional piece. Banks of drawers furnished with plated brass drop handles and shelf lined cupboard to the reverse this rare piece of history will make for a truly spectacular centre piece.
