Chippendale Mahogany Desk Chair

Description

A truly exceptional quality Chippendale revival mahogany desk chair of the classic yoke back form but this example is incredibly well carved with crisp relief foliate and ribbon work through the pierced vase back and the detailing continues through to the eagle heads terminating the scroll arms and bold cabriole and eagle claw feet. Super heavy Cuban timbers and the rich patina makes this one of the best we've ever seen.
