Description
On occasion our ancestors conducted some reverse thinking for dining table design and actually formed an aesthetic centre piece table that extends rather than the standard format on legs. This unique walnut table is formed in the oval with beaded finishing aprons below the thumb moulded top and stands on decorative fine moulded cabriole legs united by scrolling stretcher and central spiral reed column. Closed a super piece for hallway or space saving in the dining room bay window and then opens to 9ft length with any combination of the extension leaves. Sits with us here with a grubby old finish but walnut is super timber so stunning once our in house team have finished to your chosen shade. Measures 53" wide x 76" long when closed and extends to 108" with both leaves.Circa: C1890
