Chris Tyler-Smith We bought an oak pedestal desk recently. We are very happy with the desk and whole experience, especially the level of attention to detail. Chris brought a test sample of leather to our house for us to check the colour and borrowed an oak shelf so that the colour of the desk should fit. It did, perfectly. The desk is exactly what we wanted and we would recommend Elisabeth James Antiques to anyone.

Chris was extremely helpful, and very flexible in meeting us at the 'showroom' on a wet Bank Holiday Monday. Also very flexible in arranging delivery once the table and chairs had been restored. The restoration has been done to a very high standard, both the woodwork and the upholstering. We have already recommended to friends and would;t hesitate in doing so again.
