The late Victorian revived many former period designs into furniture and the very imposing and unique banqueting table offers all the hallmarks of the Carolean within the very articulate base. Formed in three sections that can be assembled together or used as individual sections to potentially seat up to 30 people. The figured walnut and crossbanded top will be very impressive once our team of polishers have done their magic and the base is very impressive with turned legs united by wavy moulded rails which are well placed to allow seating around the entire perimeter of the table. Shown here in original untouched condition but price includes our full restoration and polishing to your specification. Truly a unique piece of history doubtless originating from a very wealthy and substantial estate house. End sections measure each 190cm long, centre section 245cm by 125cm wide - total length 625cm
